Interview
Patrol and Court Services Deputy Sheriffs come from the ranks of the Corrections (Jail) deputies. There is a written test and an interview. To become a Corrections deputy, it is also a test (excessively easy) and interview process, along with an extensive background check.

Panel interview at specific location applied to. Followed by a voice stress analysis interview. The voice stress analysis may seem intimidating if you have never completed one before. Be honest and forthcoming when answering all questions. The interviewer wants you to succeed.
