Halter (New Zealand) interview questions

Multiple rounds, first behavioural then technical then meet with company CEO. Was fairy straightforward and they explained everything at the start of the process. Each interview was fairly short and nothing crazy or absurd.

The screening process was smooth and clear. Very friendly recruiter. The second interview also went well, with a relatively friendly manager. Unfortunately, my experience was soured when the feedback to not move forward with my application was based on a lack of talents that were not reflective of my work experience from the start. I wondered why they interviewed me if they were looking for someone with more years than I had listed on my resume and explained in my initial screening. I'm sure Halter is a wonderful place to work, but the experience was not entirely positive.
