I interviewed at Halogen Foundation Singapore (Singapore)
Interview
Was required to submit my resume and a 2-minute video about myself. Then was contacted by the HR staff to set up a date for the interview and did an online interview with the relevant department I was interested in joining.

Question 1
- Qualities that would make me a good fit for the company
Up until the assessment portion, the HR process was incredibly smooth and well-run. Unfortunately, their required work sample is truly over the top with its demands -- they ask you to produce full assets based on current business needs for free, without any discussion of potential salary or compensation should the application be unsuccessful. It's not ethical to make interviewees (for only an exec title no less) complete a mid-length article, content strategy deck, and a content series proposal with visuals within 7 days just to 'assess skill'.

I applied online. I interviewed at Halogen Foundation Singapore (Singapore) in May 2019
