phone interview followed by in person visit to a couple of different location for various interviews; behavioral based interviews were conducted as far as I can remember as it was awhile ago. I'm not sure to what extent their interview practices have changed in more recent years so I'd recommend you look for a reviewer with more recent experience in this area.

Four one hour interviews on site after having conducted one interview with HR on my universities campus the week before. Very lengthy but thorough process. All folks conducting the interview were very nice.
