I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Halliburton (Brighton, CO) in Mar 2014
Interview
On Campus interview followed by an in- person 2 day tour/ interview process. It was fairly relaxed and primarily I got the impression everyone was seeing if you would fit in well for a demanding position. It was nice to get out of my town, go to a new place and actually see some field operations in the process.

If you pass, you'll get into user interview the next day.
