Applied online in June. Got couple of calls from them in July and august and finally got an email in September to schedule a phone interview. Interviewed over phone with prospective team lead, who was a PhD chemist Sr. Technical lead. Asked details about my resume. Quick interview/ discussion lasted for 20 min. Got response within a day to schedule an on site visit. Went down to houston first week of October. They mentioned that they liked my previous experience and wanted someone like me to be in the team. Interviewed with 8 different members of the team the position was within including Sr. Chemists, team leads etc most of the questions were from what I have done previously or how I would fit in. Wasn't very hard. Pretty casual. Had lunch with team members and concluded the interview with one of the Sr. scientist who was also a hr rep. Very positive and good experience. Heard back within a week. HR lady said the team was interested in hiring but they can't due to stipulations in my visa. Otherwise a very casual interview process. Just be confident and make sure u portray ur interest in the position and the company. If it is genuine, that is. Do not hesitate to ask questions.

1 hour general question and 1 hour presentation with questions Many interviewers asked many questions, and one of the interviwers asked logic and math problem. You must be good at organizing the questions, like what is your PhD experience.
