Interview
Seemingly tedious interview process involving a written test, presentation and panel interview.
The test seemed pretty easy with questions based more on logic thinking. For example, if a 16 ft drill is placed beside a boat and is submerged up to 3 ft, given that the water rises at 1 ft/h, what is the submerged height after 2 hours?
The presentation involved showing a previous design project and was conducted quite informally, in fact my interviewers seemed surprised that I had brought slides along. As a fresh graduate, this would probably be one of the many projects done during university days.
The panel interview was somewhat informal. I got asked questions such as: where do you see yourself in 5 years? What are your strengths and weaknesses? No technical questions were asked during this phase

Interview
Single round interview process, where results is known relatively fast within a week of the interview date. I got a call from them after 2 days from my interview. Asked a mixture of technical questions and question on future outlook on yourself and what you expect to achieve in the short terms while being in this company.
