2 sets of interview. First, they came in and did presentation. Two national reps did on campus interview for half an hour. Then they gave us choice of location if we pass the next interview round. They flew us out to choice of location and did a simple interview.

Normal interview, several questions on team projects, such as difficulties with teammates, difficulties with a project and how you handled them, they also ask if you have any leadership skills . The entire interview took about 35 minutes. T

On campus interview facilitated by campus employment services. After initial interview I was invited to participate in an on-site interview at facility outside of Denver. On-site interview consisted of dinner, facility tours, and then a rigorous, team-based problem solving session.
