Applied online. Did a phone interview with an analyst going into his second year of the two year position. Basically asked me why Hall Capital, behavioral questions, and what I did at my previous experiences. Didn't do that well. There were some awkward silences during my phone interview. I had a feeling I wasn't going to move on to the in-person interview.
