Halight interview questions

Applied online. My resume got selected and an interview was scheduled based on the date i was available. Two person interviewed me. Basic QA questions are asked. Prepare well what is there in your resume. Research well on the company. Know about the company.

Met with Development manager and Ops Lead. Software Architect was supposed to attend, however, skipped out on the interview. Disappointed that SA didn't attend. Development manager didn't show much operational expertise, so it would have been helpful to gain insight into how they operated. I did see this as a major red flag, however, the Ops Lead balanced that out by doing a great job of illustrating the company in a good light. I ultimately accepted this offer, despite being significantly lower than a competing offer, as I saw this company especially in need of my expertise and enjoy a challenge.
