Half-Moon Outfitters interview questions

Pretty easy. Video call pretty standard questions about experience outdoors and favorite brands. Questions about availability can you work weekends etc. How much management experience you have. How many team members you've led in the past. Not much more than that. Company seems to focus less on experience and more about being likeable

I had to fill out a paper application along with a digital one. Then I had a phone interview with the recruiter, then an in person interview at the warehouse. They were very good at communicating and scheduling. I did receive and offer but did not think the benefits were great, so I declined. Vacation days start at 5 days your first year and 3 sick days then goes up based on tenure and they do not rollover. 401K contribution was minimal and some paid holidays.
