I had 2 rounds , one was a telephone interview and then a face to face interview, with behaviour based questions , including company values and a few technical questions, GMP and HPLC questions

If you were managing the company for a day , what would you implicate.
Disorganised interview technique and lack of interest from Hiring Managers - both speaking between themselves in regard to what questions to ask as neither prepped in advance. Extremely unprofessional. Gave an extremely bad impression of the company.

Very great experience. Overall nice interviewer. Questions very nice. The interviewer was a bit surprised when he asked about his own experiences and the fact he had been told that the situation had to change
