I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Halcyon Gallery (London, England)
Interview
The atmosphere of the office felt somewhat disjointed and not particularly well-maintained, which seemed at odds with the gallery’s focus on high-end, luxury products. Additionally, the remuneration details were presented in a rather vague manner, with a base salary range of £30,000 to £50,000 and mention of significant commission potential. However, the lack of specificity made it difficult to understand what one might realistically expect to earn
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Halcyon Gallery (London, England) in Nov 2023
Interview
I was invited for the interview through agency and was asked first hand what my current job entails and hiring manager wants to know whether it is an exact match for the role. I submitted my CV and explained what my current job involves to my headhunter but she wants me to reiterate at the interview and within 5minutes, she cut me off saying, 'Sorry, we are looking for someone with this very specific experience which can be translated to the position...so I think your expeirence doesn't fit for this role'. She should have known what my current position and job scope is, and why bother invited me for the interview was my question.....maybe she has some internal candidate or offered the position to someone already but needs to prove the selection process was fair and did the due diligence.

What is your current job entails? What is your day to day task like?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Halcyon Gallery (London, England) in May 2021
Interview
Arranged through an agency, interviewers were unenthused and communication throughout the process was generally poor. I had to push for feedback and when received it was very generic 'too junior for the advertised role' despite the fact that the job description stipulated less tasks and responsibilities than in my last role. Did not get the impression that the work culture was particularly enjoyable there and was glad not to have received an offer in the end.
