Interview
Four interviews, ending with the CEO. Some very conversational and pleasant but communication between interviews was sparse. Didn't expect to talk with the CEO either and he asked harder hitting questions.

Interview
Fantastic interview process with clear communication. The team at Hakimo were incredible. They will be pro-active and show true desire to land candidates, I had multiple engagements with key stakeholders and felt respected by every conversation.

Interview
My experience interviewing for the Account Executive (AE) role involved multiple phone calls and virtual interviews, culminating in a role-play demonstration. This multi-stage process aligns with standard hiring practices for AE positions.
Throughout the process, the Director of Sales repeatedly expressed strong interest in extending an offer. This positive feedback motivated me to invest significant time in preparing for a product demonstration, which included in-depth research to familiarize myself with their product and the creation of a detailed slide deck. This preparation was conducted while I was simultaneously working full-time as an AE for another company.
Ultimately, I was informed that the company decided to pursue a different direction, with minimal explanation provided.
Despite the outcome, the company appears to have a strong product and capable leadership. However, I recommend that candidates approach the interview process with a degree of caution regarding verbal assurances.
