I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hajoca Corporation (Athens, GA) in Oct 2019
Interview
I spoke to them at my school's career fair and I got an email to interview a couple of days later. The interview was on campus and it was with one of the talent representatives I spoke with at the fair. The interview was standard. We just went over my resume and they asked me some questions about my leadership involvements. I was selected to move on to the next step, which was comprised of taking skills and personality assessment. After I took that, I got an email saying I wasn't selected for the final round. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hajoca Corporation (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2018
Interview
I learned about Hajoca at a university career fair and talked to the recruiter. I then got a phone interview. The phone interview was the first step of the process so it wasn't too bad. The main purpose of it was to get to know me and my experience better. Also, to talk about the logistics of the program. The next step was to take a few assessments.

I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hajoca Corporation (Erie, PA) in Feb 2018
Interview
Great guy, made me feel really comfortable which allowed me to be myself and interview to the best of my ability. Told me about the company instead of putting me on the spot and asking me why I would want to work for them. He started with telling me why people would want to work for the company. I liked that a lot.
