Interview
It was a phone interview. She asked very difficult questions. The interviewer read straight off of a script. Be prepared to explain everything that you say. I have nothing else to say about this interview.
Several interviews trying to gauge personality and see if you are fit to run your own business. On campus interview, in person tour, call with company psychologist, and interview with regional manager.
The initial interview was good. It was a get to know you type of conversation. Next steps were explained. You will not go further until you complete the assessments. The assessments were pretty low quality, and there was plenty of questions to be raised regarding the data given. I personally never heard back after the assessment.
