Interview Process was conversational with two people in HR. The interviewers wish to hear more about my resume and why I am intrigued in working for the company. The interview delved into my past experiences and understand who I am and how I would fit in with/ add to the company culture.

Q: Why did you decide to attend the college of your choice?
Interview process includes university recruiting interview, phone interview with hiring manager then on site interview (3 rounds of interview and a tour). It was a great experience. Everyone interviewed me was professional and nice.
In my Hain Celestial interview I had several Phone screens and my final interview was an hour long phone interview with 4 managers. It was divided in two halves each thirty minutes. The first was personality the second was skills based. I mostly went through my resume and talked about my experiences

Interview
The interview process was very easy and it was not long so that is a big plus. I liked how structured and organized the interview was, and I also liked how I was interviewed by multiple departments.
