Applied Online, got a call to set up an interview. Was put in a room with the Produce Manager who asked about experience, Why Haggen? How to deal with angry customers? And to sell me a pen?

Interview
Was a very straightforward and pretty standard interview. Common interview questions and afterward you meet the department manager if they have time and that is a separate interview. I appreciated that they check you fit well with the department manager before making an offer for the position.
