Hagen & Company interview questions

I was invited for the selection event for the Mechanical Engineer role. The selection event was unique and different from other companies. It was an entire day event. First, the company executives gave a brief introduction and shared their experience. Then, we were asked to carry out a group task about a sample case study of a manufacturing problem in a fictional company. The panel observed us throughout and shared the answer to the question. There was an aptitude test, followed by a Math Test. The tests were long with less amount of time. Following this, at the end, there was basic Engineering test, individual common quest type of case study and an individual manufacturing plant related case study. The tests and evaluation was required by the job role as Hagen & Co. is a manufacturing consultants and its a challenging role. The company send out their newly hired employees directly on the field after training for which I think these tests help them out in selection
