Interview
A job vacancy is advertised and there after candidates place their applications. The shortlisted candidates are selected as per the job specification and invited for the interview. A candidate should know the requirement of the position before placing the application.During the interview the panel interviews the interviewee on skills, leadership, behavioral aspects and other any competence required by the job. Evaluation is done on the candidates after the interview and the best is chosen. The interviewer should send regrets to the unsuccessful candidates and from that point placement process begin.
