Hackett Feinberg has an efficient and pleasant interview process, from resume submission to receipt of offer letter everything went quite smoothly. I would recommend this employee to job seekers in the current market.

Interview
I initially was contacted by HR and went through an interview process consisting of three rounds of interviews the first being with the managing partners the second being with partners in the department I would be working and the third being with more additional partners I would be working with. All of the attorneys were very easy to speak with and clearly intelligent well versed attorneys, however I had a difficult time with the HR and some very antiquated hiring procedures.

Interview
Initial Contact by recruiter, this firm uses Robert Half Legal. The first interview was done by Nancy Koury, who I believe is the HR Manager. The follow up interview included three attorneys that I would be supporting. Then a final phone call from the recruiters.

No difficult questions. The strategy is just to allow you to present yourself and your experience and then they interject with questions that go into more details about your background. Specific questions regarding real estate/transactional legal work.
