Extremely short, didn't get to know me or my history. Simply just spoke about the hotel and position, but not my experience that I was able to to bring to the property.

Interview process is probably typical: Submit an application (bring a pen! and be sure to visit in person, and not during meal periods when management will be busy with other tasks). Application is followed by a short sit-down interview and then a call back for a second interview with the whole management team.
