Easy going, boss sits back and listens. Usually going with the flow, then gives tour of the facility. The key is knowing how to work with people, good communication, and willing to learn.

Interview
Seem to be most interesting in whether some one could withstand the hostile work environment then anything else. Apparently the owner is fairly anger prone. I get the feeling they go through allot of starting engineers.
