Interview process was unique. They invited several of the shortlisted candidates after initial zoom interviews on site to spend a half day with some of their engineers. We rotated with 4 to 5 engineers for about 30 minutes and were able see what a typical day is like, while also giving several of their staff 1 on 1 time with each candidate.
