HW Home interview questions

Very casual and comfortable. Met with a director and discussed the role of the position. They have a good training program to get acclimated to the store. Had to discuss why you were passionate about design, working in a retail environment, and collaborating on design projects. Discussed how the structure of the company was run, how the schedule was created. Have to be willing to work on weekends most of the time but other than that the schedule is pretty flexible since it is on an hourly basis. Make sure to ask questions about the company to make sure you fit well with the employees.
