I applied on LinkedIn. I think the process was about 2-3 weeks long. A recruiter reached out to me for an interview with the Director of Sales. Had a zoom interview with her, and I guess it went well because I was then asked to meet with one of the co-founders/head of operations. After that interview I received an email requesting my references which I took as a good sign. And then I was ghosted. They never called my references and once I reached out for an update they sent me a generic HR rejection. Everything happens for a reason and honestly I wouldn't want to work for a company who treats potential candidates that way.
