Interview
The regional manager came into town for a one on one interview. Very understanding of the situation and was pleasantly a good and smooth process. Even though timing was a good length, there was no need for a follow-up interview or other process. It was a smooth transition.

STAR method of questioning, both behavioural (team and leadership focused) and task oriented. Important to note BOSS is a premium lifestyle brand, I've seen a lot of potential candidates mention they were 'luxury' which doesn't align with its business objectives. Basic stuff but a common mistake.
