The interview process was pretty simple. I first had a phone screening where I answered some basic questions about my education, and certain necessities like location and hourly commitment if I were in the position. Then, around a week later, I had an in person interview where I was interviewed by two professionals from HUB Omaha office. The interview was like most typical interviews for an intern position. The following day or so, I received my offer.

The interview process was great with HUB! They were very transparent about when they were going to get back to me, and never missed a deadline. The interviewers themselves were awesome, as it felt like more of a conversation than a hard core interview. Overall, my recruitment experience at HUB was great, and was a major factor in my decision to join their team in Nashville for the summer.
