I got an email from HUB to set up a phone call with HR, and then scheduled the actual interview with Heather Allen. I did the interview and was given a time I'd hear back and was regularly communicated with which was awesome to me. It was nice not being in the dark during the process!

I was recruited via Indeed/ExpressPros. I answered some initial questions with the recruiter. He discussed my answers with HUB management. Then I had a Zoom interview with the agency managers before an in-person interview with the team.
