There are 3 rounds in the interview process. First it starts with behavioral phone interview from HR, then hiring manager in person/zoom, and finally team and leadership meet with you.

What would be one word your previous co workers would describe you as.
There were three interviews - 1. Recruiter, 2. Prospective Manager, 3. Team of peers. Follow up was timely and expectations were set (e.g. the recruiter informed me "you can expect a reply within 3-5 business days), which I appreciated as it showed respect for my time. Questions were straightforward and relevant to the job, and did not feel like trick questions.

Interview
I interviewed with talent acquisition and my future team members in several separate meetings. The interviews were concise and succinct, with candid questions and answers. Talent acquisition was effective in scheduling these interviews all within the same day.
