Overall, the interview process consisted of four rounds. Initial telephonic interview by a third-party service provider. Second round with the supervisors (technical, previous roles, and explaining the role). Third round with supervisors and managers (technical, situational, and role-based questions). Final round with supervisors and vice president (mostly leadership-based questions and situational awareness). A HR representative was continuously monitoring each stage of the interview, kept posted on the successful completion of each level, and planned for the next round of interviews.
