The interview process for HUB's Paid Apprenticeship program was a positive and straightforward experience. First there is an initial screening call alongside a cultural index exam. If selected to move forward, you take part in a Final Screening that consists of a panel interview with multiple HUB employees.

The interview process was very straightforward and the time frame they give you when they'll reply is accurate from my experience. The interview process had a panel interview as well as a one on one interview. The interviews are difficult but if you come prepared you'll be good!

Interview
Hub has an amazing, comforting interview process. They first send you a culture index that you fill out and send back to them and they will see if you are a good fit for the position based on your character traits from the index. Afterwards, I had an interview with the program leader of my apprenticeship. She asked me questions that were very clear and pertained to my working skills and background. I then moved on to the second round of interviews, which was a panel interview. I then had three people interviewing me. Every person that I connected with at Hub was super friendly and it was a great process.
