I had a phone interview with a recruiter, then a zoom interview with the supervising manager for the position, then a final call with that manager and the COO I believe.

I was initially referred to the position by a friend who works for the company. I received a referral link by email to complete my application on a super user-friendly system and a couple of weeks later was contacted by the HR Lead to schedule an initial interview. The initial interview was a 30 minute talk over the phone with HR and it went smoothly. On the same call or shortly after, I scheduled the second interview with the manager for the position. The interview was done by video call in a professional manner and was again a really interesting conversation about work and life experience, which extended for more than an hour. A few days later a third interview was scheduled with a VP in the Compliance division. Such interview was yet again a good one hour video conversation on work experience, with a few more technical questions. The fourth and final interview, maybe a month after the initial application, was to verbally offer me the job. Throughout the process, I was always contacted by the HR Lead and the interviewers in a professional and cordial manner, and it was a really great experience.
