I was recently interviewed for the Internal Service Representative. The recruiter called me and a few days later I had an interview via Zoom. In the interview process, they wanted to know my previous experience and wanted to know how I handled prior experiences at work.

I had a great experience with my interview process at HUB International. It was a significant reason why I chose to accept a position with the company. The process began with a casual phone interview, where we discussed the position, and I shared some background information about myself. It was an easygoing and engaging conversation. I later had an in-person interview that gave me a better understanding of the role and allowed me to provide more insights into my qualifications. My interviewers were truly wonderful - they were incredibly welcoming, respectful, and made me feel comfortable during the entire interview process. They asked thoughtful questions and were genuinely open to discussion with me. Overall, the process felt very well-organized, and I truly appreciated how respectful and professional everyone was.
