Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter through LinkedIn and agreed to a phone conversation with a local manager. The phone call was followed by a casual, in-person meeting with that manager and another. Following that, I was made a job offer and provided some personality testing.

Question 1
The conversation was more general than a typical interview, such as about philosophies of management, insurance knowledge, and skill sets. I was asked fairly standard questions for managers, like a time there was conflict and how to resolve etc.
