Very comprehensive multiphase interview including several testing protocols prior to live phone interview and multifaceted process that included more than just standard questions. You could tell that they cared greatly about preserving the vision and culture they have worked to establish at their company as they grow.

Question 1
The culture presented the genuine enthusiasm of the employees the passion and vision of the management team shine through and are contagious. This is one position I really do wish I had gotten an opportunity to explore professionally.
