1. Meeting with HR
2. Homework. You got the home assignment and have 7 days to implement it.
3. Technical interview. Discussion about homework and some theoretical questions. I think it did not go so well, but in the end, I got an offer which I declined, because it does not meet my requirements.

Interview
Consisted of 2 parts, both in English, C++ part was a discussion about implementing a system design for communicating with hardware, and finding mistakes in small chunks of code. Also a brief discussion about design patterns.
Python was more generic, going through advanced topics (generators, decorators, etc.)

Interview
Actually we had 2 hours to interview and they asked me lots of thing in cpp. Git and others. I replied to every question correctly or close answers I gave. I am actually wondering if what I should do. I asked the reason, but they did not get any feedback.
Actually, it was disappointment.
First step is HR interview, after you got a homework to create some application, and after is technical interview. If you pass all of that you talk with capacity manager, and discuss the offer
