HSN WAH Sales/Service Representative interview questions

Over the phone interview and you'll need access to a computer. Basic questions followed by role play where you have to take an order (and offer an upsell). The HR rep pretty much walks you through exactly what they're looking for during the role play.

I applied online and took a lengthy assessment. Two weeks later I received an email asking me to schedule a phone interview and to select my interview time. The recruiter called at my exact time scheduled. It was really easy and she was really nice. Went over the benefits and requirements of the job and then asked me two simple questions after the second question she offered me the job.
