Reveived Simulation Assessment immediately after I applied for this role. The majority of the assessment consisted of situational judgement questions, where I needed to rank possible responses from 1 to 5 based on how suitable they were for the scenario. These questions focused on problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
There were also four video-response questions. Each required recording a short answer within a limited preparation time. The prompts mainly assessed communication skills, motivation, and how I would approach challenges.
