Interview
Gespräch wurde Wochen vorher durch die Personalabteilung per Telefon geplant. Im eigentlichen Gespräch folgten kurz Fragen zu einzelnen Punkten im CV (10 min). Danach ging es ziemlich schnell zu Fachfragen. Dabei folgte auf jede richtige Antwort eine noch schwerere Folgefrage. Zudem wurden häufig Diskussionen provoziert, sodass wohl auch soft skills (Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kompomissbereitschaft) getestet werden sollten.

Wie kann sich die Aufnahme des chinesischen RMB in den Korb der SDR mittelfristig auf den Devisenmarkt auswirken?
the interview process was very quick and simple they did not go into detail regarding what the role is about they just asked why i wanted to join hsbc and one other question, it ended in 10minutes
The interview and the interviewers were really friendly and warm, especially for a student with not much experience. The process may be daunting but the interview was good. the questions were mainly about fit questions so just be aware of yourself.

One round of interview started by self-intro then mainly focus on experiences on CV. The interviewer asked many detailed questions about project experiences on CV. Overall experience is professional and good.
