I applied online. I interviewed at HSBC (London, England) in Dec 2022
Interview
1st stage: SJT (easiest out of all Spring Week ones I did) 2nd stage: Online Immersive Job Assessment (invitation upon passing the SJT) They even send you a 2nd reminder if you don't complete the immersive job assessment. Probably had the most online support stuff available for applicants. Got a positive impression that the firm wants you to succeed.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Interview Questions can't be given here because they are constituent in the Online Immersive Assessment. For example, in a fictional scenario helping out a Banking associate, you are given drafting tasks for one, a recorded video interview question for another. So, you can't really prepare in advance but they're pretty straightforward.
Online assessment consisting of personality questions and basic math questions followed by video interview asking basic questions and investment decision. There were several video interview questions consisting of basic behavioural questions.
It was a standard interview asking about interest and testing your basic problem-solving skills for the Spring Insight Week. It was a recorded type of interview with standard questions and no follow ups.

Please tell me why you are interested in this role
the interview was fairly straightforward, not many difficult video questions, and only about 4 of them. Time management is the main challenge in my opinion, as it has to be done under 40 minutes
