Interview
Initially I had faced a telephonic interview, where 2 senior analysts interviewed me about my past profile and my work. They asked in detail about the sector knowledge, drivers, valuation etc. Then I got shortlisted and then interviewed by the Research Head in a one to one meeting. He also asked about the overall experiences I had with my previous profiles, sector knowledge etc. and then confirmed my selection.

Use that info to calculate certain financial data related to the business simulation, Then a couple of situational judgement questions with options. Surprisingly no timer.
