Interview
The entire interview process was not that bad. I had a phone interview where I had to explain my background and answer some behaviorial interview questions. The second part was a face to face and I had to study the position I was appy for and show that I was knowledgable about what they were looking for.

Since it was a referral from management, the interview was easy as they had access and knowledge on my past achievements. No surprising questions, as it was the same role, but different country. They like to see their employees focused, respect HSBC values. They care to see about your career development and what extra things you do to go extra mile.
