HRdownloads interview questions

Applied online, then was invited to HR pre-screening. Also was invited to take a technical assessment or showcase prior work. Then had an interview which included the hiring manager and one of their team members. Initial conversation went fine, but felt awkward as things progressed. They got certain things wrong about my portfolio and past experience. They seemed uncertain what they wanted out of the role. Even though they had asked questions about instructional design, it felt as though they were actually looking for an eLearning technologist.
