The process took 1 day. I interviewed at HRS Invictus (London, England)
Interview
Was first contacted via email saying I'd been head-hunted by a company called invixo and they'd like a meeting with me. The email contained very vague details about the actual job itself and said they would match your skills to a suitable career. This is a blatant lie.I turned up to the interview only to find out it was actually invictus I would be meeting with. They probably avoided using the invictus name to avoid people researching the company and finding out what complete time wasters they are. The initial interview was brief and it was basically a conveyor belt of candidates coming and going. I was told i would receive a call to notify me if i had been successful to move onto the next stage of shadowing the "team". I was then told i was successful in reaching stage 2 of the interview which is a 9 hour day of shadowing door to door sales that is mentioned absolutely no where before hand. The company obviously gets in as many candidates as possible and hopes that a few will put up with their lies to make it through to be hired by them. Its also very evident by the wording of most of the positive job reviews on this site that they are fictitious and created by the company themselves, further showing their depolorable business tactics. To my fellow graduates out there, you are better than invictus.
