The interview process was efficient, timely and took about three weeks from when I first applied. The process included a recorded video/question screen, interview with their internal HR contact, interview with the hiring manager, interview with their VP, and finally a presentation. The entire process was well organized and the HR contact provided very clear communication throughout the process. The entire process was enjoyable and all of the interviewers provided great insight into the role and the company.

Explain your past experience and what type of clients have you worked with before?
They did a video interview and the questions were thoughtful, asked by actual team members then I recorded my answer. They were communicating during pre-screen process. While I didn't move forward, it was a good impression

Amateur hour....Head hunter put me in contact with the director for a position titled Customer Success Manager and two days after the interview they changed the position to Customer Success Director. I had the feeling they didn’t even know what they were hiring for and what a CSM is supposed to do in a normal setting.
