Interview
One round of technical interview with a panel of three. Interview was primarily focused on Deep Learning and they were looking for candidates with more hand-on experience in Deep Learning.

Interview
Inicialmente realicé una prueba técnica de conocimientos mediante google forms.
A continuació empezó el proceso de entrevistas, todas de manera virtual/remota debido a la COVID.
Fueron muchas entrevistas:
1. Videollamada generalista con Recursos Humanos
2. Videollamada generalista y técnica con responsable del equipo
3. Videollamada para preguntas técnicas y de conocimientos con miembro del equipo
4. Exposición de un proyecto a un grupo junior seguido de preguntas
5. Nueva exposición de un proyecto a otro grupo no tan junior seguido de preguntas
Todo este proceso duró entre 2 y 3 meses.
Luego, aunque hubo muy buen ambiente en todas las entrevista: silencio.
Finalmente, pasado 1 mes, yo contacté al responsable de recursos humanos que me comunicó que habían seguido con otros candidatos.
Una semana más tarde: una nueva oferta en Linkedin para el mismo titulo solicitando un perfil totalmente ajustado a mi experiencia y mis conocimientos.
