I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at HP Inc. (London, England) in Jan 2016
Interview
Very poor considering its HP, there was no real format to the actual interview, It was a very weird experience to be honest. I didn't know if things were being done on purpose to make me react in a certain way, or if i was supposed to question what was happening or to test the way i would handle interruptions or what was going on, very very strange. Started with an Excel test followed by the strangest interview I will ever have.

Interview

I was given a mockup database and mockup reports and instructions on how it was currently done, and I needed to automate it. The task seems simple at first glance, but the issues were in a rather heavily complex process and exceptions to exceptions that had to be taken into account
