Quite straught forward, online tests leading to an online interview comprising of several micro and macro economics questions, anything beyond A-Level knowledge a bonus. Interviewers were friendly and asked follow up questions probing deeper into my answers which felt supportive.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
when was a time you used evidence to make a decision
a few non-marked basic questions on motivation and then discussion questions on A-level econ content, nothing complex. Suggest reviewing basic economic concepts, no complex models from university required or tested.
The interview process was smooth, with questions being asked not being too challenging but also allowing for freedom in answers as opposed to being very finance focused. I thought the panel were lovely and approachable and professional all at the same time.
