HM Forces Communications Systems Engineer, Royal Corps of Signals interview questions

Initial interview including an aptitude test. Once preferred jobs are chosen at the second interview loaded onto a selection weekend. At the selection weekend fitness tests, and further aptitude tests are taken to ensure basic level of fitness is sufficient and aptitude tests for potential leadership and working with others. Following this selection if successful roled onto a 12 week basic training course, followed by trade training courses dependant on job chosen
